Account & Data Deletion

Account deletion is permanent. Once your account or company is deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

Option 1 — Delete from the App (Recommended)

Company owners can delete their entire company and all associated data directly from within the Loadout Manager app.

Open Loadout Manager

Log in with your owner account credentials.

Go to Dashboard

Tap the Dashboard tab at the bottom of the screen.

Scroll to the bottom

Find the red ⚠ Delete Company button at the bottom of the dashboard.

Confirm deletion

Type your company code to confirm, then tap Permanently Delete Company. All data is deleted immediately.

Note: Only the company Owner can delete the company. Admins and employees cannot perform this action.

Option 2 — Request via Email

If you are unable to access the app or are an individual employee who wants their account removed, send a deletion request to:

Please include the following in your email:

We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm via email when complete.

What Data Is Deleted

The following table outlines what data is deleted or retained when you request account deletion:

Payment & billing records Retained by Stripe Per Stripe's policy (7 years for financial records)
